Shilpa Gupta

In this exhibition Shilpa Gupta narrates stories of a number of poets who were imprisoned due to their political activities. 

Artworks are simple, yet powerful and the exhibition ends with an installation where poems of these poets is being read in a dark room with papers of their written poetry being on spears. The artist used metal gun for some of her sculpture which might give the viewer a shock and food for thought.
